Notes on Vehicle Pickup
When picking up the Rent a Car vehicle, payment for the entire period of vehicle use is made in the pre-agreed currency. The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle in the same condition, with the vehicle cleaned and washed and with a full tank of fuel. The maximum delay in returning the vehicle is one hour, after which an additional day of rental will be charged.
Lessee's Obligations
The lessee is obligated to operate the vehicle in accordance with the road traffic safety law and return the vehicle on time and to the location defined in the contract. Any extensions of the rental period or changes in conditions should be requested from the lessor.
Vehicle Usage
Driving outside the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina is not permitted without prior consent from the lessor.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, transporting goods or paid transportation of passengers, violation of legal regulations, and similar actions are not allowed.
Extension of Rental
Extension of the rental period should be announced to the Lessor at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, it will be considered as unlawful retention of the vehicle.
Maintenance and Breakdowns
The lessee is responsible for maintaining the vehicle and regularly checking its technical aspects. In case of a breakdown, the lessee is obliged to immediately inform the lessor.
Insurance
Vehicles are insured against third-party liability. The insurance does not cover certain types of damage, such as damage incurred while driving under the influence of alcohol.
Vehicle Inspection and Loss of Property
The lessor may inspect the vehicle at any time. Loss or damage to the lessee’s property is not the responsibility of the lessor.
Payment of Bills and Subleasing
Upon signing the contract, the lessee leaves a security deposit. Rental payment is made in cash or by card payment. Subleasing is not allowed.
Personal Data and Liability
The lessee confirms agreement with the terms and undertakes to adhere to them. The insured party is responsible for paying all expenses in case of non-payment according to the contract.
